Digital Marketing Training Nepal

The problemWhat's includedHow it runsQuestions

01 / The problem

Most training in Nepal is taught by people who no longer run campaigns

Most teams know something is off. Fewer can name the constraint holding growth back.

  1. 01

Instructors who left practice three years ago are teaching ad platforms that have since been rebuilt. The screenshots in the deck do not match what your team sees when they log in.

  2. 02

Learners never touch a real budget or a real analytics property, so they finish able to describe a campaign but not to decide anything about one.

  3. 03

The syllabus is a tool list. Tools change every year; the judgment about which channel deserves the next rupee does not, and nobody teaches it.

  4. 04

Your team comes back with a certificate, and three months later output looks exactly the same because nothing was applied to your actual business while the learning happened.

02 / What's included

Everything in your Training & Certification engagement.

Clear deliverables, no mystery retainers. Scope adjusts in discovery; this is the baseline.

10 deliverables in the baseline scope

  • Week 1 and 2 - Measurement first: GA4, Search Console, conversion tracking, what a lead costs you and what a customer is worth. Output: a working dashboard for your own business.
  • Week 3 - Search: keyword research, on-page fundamentals, local SEO and Google Business Profile for Nepal, and how AI search changes what gets cited.
  • Week 4 - Owned channels: website content that converts, email and WhatsApp sequences, and the assets you keep rather than rent.
  • Week 5 - Paid media on a live budget: Meta and Google account structure, audiences, creative testing, and reading a report to decide what to change.
  • Week 6 - Creative and brand: what good looks like, how to write a brief, and how to review work without designing it yourself.
  • Capstone: a written quarterly marketing plan for your own business, presented to and defended in front of your leadership.
  • Every module runs on live accounts and real budgets, not sandboxes or case studies.
  • Office hours with senior practitioners between sessions, and 90 days of post-cohort support - skills consolidate after the course, not during it.
  • Role tracks for marketing teams, founders, and sales teams that need digital tools for pipeline.
  • Completion certificate tied to the capstone, plus a skills checklist your HR team can evaluate against.

In-House Marketing Training: Build Skills Without Losing Momentum

How to assess which marketing skills to build in-house, what a digital marketing course in Nepal should actually teach, and when agency support still makes more sense than training.

How long is the digital marketing course, and what does it cost in Nepal?

The programme runs for six weeks at four to six hours a week, so participants can keep working while they learn. Training is scoped by cohort size, delivery format, role tracks, account access, and the amount of customization required. The proposal states the schedule, participant limit, support period, and assessment method.

Who actually teaches the training?

Senior practitioners from our delivery team who are running live client accounts at the same time, not full-time instructors. Our search specialists cover measurement, SEO and AI search; Bibesh Shrestha covers paid media; Gaurav Dhakal covers creative and brand. That is the whole differentiator: the platform mechanics taught are the ones that exist this month, because we are in those accounts this month.

How is this different from a digital marketing institute in Nepal?

Institutes sell a syllabus and a certificate to individuals looking for a first job, and they do it well. We are a working agency, so we train differently: small cohorts, your own accounts and budgets rather than a simulation, a written business plan as the final assessment instead of an exam, and 90 days of support afterwards. If you want a recognised qualification to put on a CV, an institute is the better choice. If you want your team to be able to run your marketing on Monday, this is.

Do you run corporate training for company teams?

Yes, and it is most of what we do. Private cohorts are built around your industry, your tool stack and your actual goals, and every exercise runs on your own accounts, so the work produced during the course is work you keep. Minimum team size is 5. We have delivered team training for hospitality, ecommerce and professional services businesses across Kathmandu.

Is the training available online, or only in Kathmandu?

Both. In-person cohorts run in Kathmandu; remote cohorts run live on Zoom with recordings available within 24 hours. Remote participants get the same curriculum, live tool access, office hours and certification. We have trained teams remotely across Nepal, India, Australia and the UAE.

What do I need to know before joining?

No prior marketing qualification. You do need to be responsible for, or about to be responsible for, some real marketing activity, because every exercise runs against a real business. Founders, marketing coordinators and sales teams all fit. If you have no account to work on, we will assign you a realistic Nepal market scenario instead, but you will get less out of it.

Should we train our team or just hire an agency?

Both, for different work. Build recurring execution and judgment in-house, because those are expensive to outsource and depend on context nobody outside your business has. Buy specialist depth such as technical SEO, paid media at scale and CRO, where a small in-house team will never get enough repetitions. We wrote the full build-versus-buy test out in our guide to in-house marketing training.

What certificate do participants receive?

Participants who complete the capstone receive a GrowNexus Digital Marketing Certificate, specific to their track - SEO, Paid Ads, Analytics or Growth Strategy - linked to a verifiable credential. It is issued on the plan you produced and defended, not on attendance, which is the point. We also provide a skills checklist your HR team can assess against.
