Pricing

Your scope sets the fee. Not a public rate card.

We price the responsibility, deliverables, operating load, and risk we agree to own. Every engagement starts with a written scope and separates agency work from third-party costs.

Engagement shapes

Choose the operating model after the problem is clear.

Build sprint

A bounded outcome such as a website, audit, launch system, brand identity, automation, or campaign build with named milestones.

Specialist workstream

Ongoing ownership of one discipline such as SEO, paid media, social, direct marketing, or conversion improvement.

Embedded growth team

A multi-channel team working from a shared backlog with agreed decision rights, reporting, and operating cadence.

Scope drivers

What changes the scope.

Two companies asking for the same service can require different work. These are the variables we resolve before quoting.

Responsibility
Whether we advise, build, operate, or own a measured workstream end to end.
Breadth
The number of channels, markets, audiences, products, locations, or business units involved.
Volume
Pages, campaigns, creatives, workflows, integrations, events, outlets, or deliverables required.
Starting point
The condition of your data, accounts, content, brand system, technology, and measurement.
Operating load
Approval cycles, reporting cadence, support window, stakeholder count, and response requirements.
External costs
Media, software, printing, production, venues, creators, travel, and other vendor commitments.

The proposal

No mystery retainer.

A proposal should make the commercial boundary easier to inspect, not bury it behind a package name.

  • The business objective and the baseline we will measure from
  • Named deliverables, milestones, operating cadence, and owners
  • What GrowNexus owns and what your team must provide or approve
  • Assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and change control
  • Agency fee, payment schedule, and separately itemized third-party costs
  • Account, data, asset, and workflow ownership after handover

Quote process

From call to clear scope.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We identify the decision, current state, constraints, stakeholders, and required outcome.

  2. 02

    Scope

We define responsibilities, deliverables, dependencies, measurement, and engagement shape.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

You receive one reviewable document covering fees, third-party costs, timing, and exclusions.

  4. 04

    Approval and start

Work starts only after both teams agree the scope, owners, access, and change process.

FAQ

Commercial clarity before commitment.

Why does GrowNexus not publish starting prices?

A starting figure hides the variables that determine agency work: responsibility, volume, market, starting condition, risk, and outside costs. We would rather show exactly what is included than advertise a minimum that does not describe your engagement.

Will we know the fee before work begins?

Yes. The proposal states the agency fee, payment schedule, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and third-party costs known at signing. No work begins from a verbal estimate.

Are media, software, printing, and vendor costs included?

They are shown separately unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise. You approve third-party commitments before we place them, and client-controlled accounts are used wherever the platform allows it.

Can the scope change after the project starts?

Yes, but not silently. We document what changed, its effect on delivery and fees, and who must approve it before the new work enters the backlog.

Next step

Tell us what you need owned.

We will identify the right engagement shape and the information needed for a written scope. No public package will be forced onto a problem it does not fit.
